Resolvio takes data protection very seriously. Therefore, we conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) as standard with all our customers to ensure data protection according to Art. 28 GDPR, in which the processing of personal data is explained and recorded in detail.

Your data is hosted exclusively in Germany - specifically in data centers in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin. Resolvio is not subject to the US-CLOUD-Act and only uses European subcontractors over which no control can be exercised from outside the EU. This guarantees that your data never leaves Germany or the EU.
